We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that cowboy hats must be returned in their original protective packaging to prevent brim distortion. Custom-shaped hats are final sale.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those who need their gear ready for the rodeo. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard ground shipping.
